Ideally located just 1 block from the beach and Little Lagoon. Outside space includes a year-round pool and grilling area. Relaxation comes easy in this family-friendly condo complex with only 14 units total. No need to wait for lifts as each condo is just 5 steps up to get in.

The Spaces

*Smart TVs in all Bedrooms and Living Rooms offer streaming services via your login service. Basic cable as well.

*Meal Seating: For 8 (6 at the dining room table and 2 at the breakfast Bar) in each condo

*Sleeping arrangements: 2 Main bedrooms w/ king beds, 2 Guest bedrooms w/ 2 full beds each, Pullout queen sleeper/sofa in both living rooms, and a foldout single ottoman to sleep 5-6 very comfortably with a max of 7 in each condo.

*Kitchen appliances: Fully stocked with microwave, stove, coffeemaker (pod and drip), refrigerator & freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, various utensils, flatware, pots, pans, cups, and plates to make meals a breeze.

*Laundry: Newer Stacked washing machine and dryers in each.
We provide a starter pack for items such as laundry detergent, soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper to make sure you don't have to run to the store right after your travel. If you anticipate using more of these items please bring them or plan on picking them up during your stay.

*Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in lot-1 assigned spot included with 7 first come first serve spots per condo (4 total).

*Bathrooms: 2 Full bathrooms with tub/shower. Main suites with a large make-up area and bathroom in each condo.

*The Condo complex:14 condo units with 7 on each of 2 floors. Just 5 steps to these ground floor condos. Situated in between the Gulf and Little Lagoon (1 block to each) in the more laid back west beach area with beach access via 10th st. access.

There are slight differences between each condo. Each has a king en suite & guest bedroom. The main differences are in the decor, fit, and finish of each space. Layouts and spaces are near identical (mirror images), with condo #1 master bath seemingly smaller as the door swings into the bathroom.
