Whether you're looking forward to beach time or time on the course this sprawling home has everything you need to make your stay one to remember. Within the over 7200sq feet you will find 8 bedrooms all with private baths, including 3 masters, 2 additional king bedrooms, 1 double twin room, and two double bunk rooms. Your family or group will have plenty of space to spread out in the multiple living areas, screened all season porch, multiple balconies as well as the backyard outdoor oasis complete w/ your own private saltwater pool, hot tub and beautiful seating/dining areas & pool bath. The 2 kitchens are fully equipped with all the necessities and include a sub zero refrigerator, wine fridge, separate beverage fridges and ice makers. You may never want to leave this property but when you do, this home is just a few steps from the East boardwalk access to the gulf- as well as all the other wonderful amenities Kiva has to offer like award-winning golf w/ full clubhouse, restaurant, pro shop, fitness area, tennis, 3 community pools plus a zero-entry saltwater pool & hot tub directly on the gulf at the Kiva Beach Club (featuring restaurant/bar).
