    The Colonnades is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

    2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
    3. Pets are NOT allowed.
    4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The property was great when it came to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen amenities. We had no dryer due to it being broken and the communication around that issue was not helpful. I called Monday to address the issue of the dryer, and I had to call again Tuesday morning since no one called me back Monday. Tuesday I was told that the ticket had just been made that day. That was fine. When maintenance got to our condo we were told that a part would have to be ordered, but was not given a solution. The man attempted to “fix” it but just rigged it up and it worked for one cycle. I called on Wednesday morning to get some assistance and was finally called at 9PM that evening. It was a major inconvenience for our beach trip. We had to go to a local laundromat to wash and dry clothes.
