We loved that it was right beside the beach and the little grocery store was nice to be able to walk across and grab things like eggs. It had everything we needed. The parking is great. We enjoyed the outdoor chairs. We made so many great memories! We are interested in renting from this property again just in a unit with a washer/dryer. I would suggest to highlight that it does not have a washer and dryer and maybe suggest how to overcome this problem. :) What I could find was quite a drive away from the condo. That was an over site on my part but with 3 kids on the beach for 8 nights that would have been detrimental to our stay if we did not have access to my parents condo’s laundry nearby. I literally didn’t sleep the first night because I stressed out about how we were going to handle laundry. I didn’t know that other units had a washer/dryer. One more slight complaint was that the unit smelled damp/stunk the whole time. The AC seemed to make everything damp at times. It was great to just walk out to the beach. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the uncomfortable beds and we could have supplied more toilet paper and beach towels like other places. The location was steps from the beach as well as popular restaurants. Check in was very simple. I can't speak to the ease of reaching the property manager because I didn't have to do that during our stay. The pool is tiny. Unit had washer and dryer which was nice! I love the location.
