Just steps from the beach, this newly updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside the front door.

Located in a low-density area and building (Sun Chase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. The building is surrounded by smaller complexes with no large high-rise buildings to block your views. The condo is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you. Note: The complex does not have an elevator.

The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a tastefully decorated living area and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. Step outside the front door onto the West-facing side deck and take in the refreshing sea breeze while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun go down. Look out to the Gulf and take in the breathtaking views of the coastline.

Property Overview:

* The condo is just steps from the beach, down the stairs and through the parking area. No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy streets.
* Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. A $75 fee will be charged if the pool fob to access the gated area is not returned at the end of your stay. The pool is heated during colder months.
* BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf.

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores, and approximately 1.8 miles to Highway 59 and The Hangout, Gulf Shores nightlife & souvenir shops.

PARKING

The total nightly cost includes parking for one car (a value of $45). You have a 1 (one) dedicated parking space under the building marked 303. If you have a second car, there are 3 parking spaces available on a first come-first basis. Also, there is off-street free parking about a 5-7 minute walk away. I can send a link to those spots. Literally steps to the beach!

Check in process was a breeze, this was our first stay in Gulf Shores and booking with VRBO. Host was amazing, property was literally steps from the beach. Location was great, still on the main drag but down a bit from the crowds. Condo had eveything we could have needed and more, fit our family of 5 comfortably! Will definitely stay here again!

My only conplaint would be there is no elevator 😅 The condo was wonderful and clean! Beds are very soft and the beach is just steps away. We had a wondeful stay.

Wonderful location with amazing view of the gulf. Our host, Nicky, was very attentive and even picked up groceries for us since we had no car. The condo was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend but be mindful that there are no elevators. There are 3 flights of stairs

Great access to the beach and everything else

This place was outstanding! It was very clean and spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. It definitely was only steps to a beautiful beach. Its location made it vey easy to access many local attractions. The only downfall, if there is one is the climb up 3 levels of stairs, but the view is totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We had a great stay. The beach was just perfect. The only thing I have any qualms with is the door was too easily unlocked and opened by my 4 year old. Other than that we had an excellent stay and everything was just perfect

Perfect Beach Spot

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect right off the beach. The host is very responsive! It has everything you the need including beach chairs and some sand castle supplies. The pull-out sofa was very comfortable to sleep on. Yes, it is on the 3rd floor but you get used to the stairs after the first day. The parking spot is a little small but we fit each time. We would 100% stay here again!

Too Awesome for Description

There are not enough words to describe how great this condo and beach were for us. From the moment we stepped into the delightful accommodations to the short walk directly to the beach, we were in paradise. The condo was clean, well supplied with everything you would need, and charmingly decorated. Nikki was quick to respond to anything we needed without question. We will definitely want to come back again.

Best vacation ever!

My family of 5 stayed at this condo! There were 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed which served all our needs. It was a tad smaller than I expected but it was perfect for our needs. The only downside you need to be aware of is that it’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. They were very clear about that up front so no surprises there. The host was super quick to respond and very sweet. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and the laundry was done before we got home thanks to the washer and dryer! It’s RIGHT on the beach. You seriously go down the stairs, pass your parking spot, and you’re in sand. I loved that. We had a great time!

We LOVED SunChase 303!

We absolutely loved our stay at SunChase 303! My only true complaint is that it didn’t last long enough! Nicki was truly great, and made our experience full of ease from start to finish. I have never stayed at a condo that was as stocked with beach essentials! There were beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.. I’m already planning my trip for next year! Thanks again, Nicki, for all of your help! **I will add that if you have any health condition that makes stairs hard for you, this condo may not be the best fit for you. We loved being on the top floor, but I can see how the stairs might be too much for some people.
