Great condo-beautiful and comfortable

I have only good things to say about the condo itself-however the check in process did not go well. We checked in after hours and the security guard at the gate told us to go up to the condo and check under the door mat because he did not have our keys or welcome packet. So after 15 minutes of trying to find the elevator to get us to the building we were in (confusing-they need to have better signage in the parking deck) we got up to condo and there’s no doormat at the door. I call back down to the guard and he said Oh yeah I do see your packet. We get back in the car and drive back to the gate. I’m also during this time trying to find a contact number for my VRBO owner and there’s not one. This is 10:15 pm now and we were thinking we could not get in our condo for the night. Very frustrating. But once we finally got in it is a beautiful unit. Very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and living room furniture.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2021
