The condo was perfect! Very spacious living & kitchen area. The balcony was ideal for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as boats passed below. We utilized 2 slips. Only complaints: no one shared that there wasn’t a boat launch on the premises so we had to go to Cotton’s Landing. The pocket doors on the bunk room kept trying to come off tracks; thankfully our men are tall & could fix. The elevator was naturally slow during busier hours but one of the 4 was out for a while which made things a little more congested.Overall, there are so many more positives to outweigh any issues!! ##### RHONDA F. We had to wait an extra hour to checking because the unit was not ready and when we checked it s wasn't ready. There was trash on the floors, dirt on corners hair on bathrooms very unsanitary.
