No issues with us all being able to dine together, plenty of hot water for multiple showers at once and the air stayed cool the whole time. Be prepared for stairs galore, but with so much room to spread out it's a small price to pay. Our only real complaints were the lack of seating in the living room; a large sectional would fit well and is much needed and no vacuum for us to use during our stay. Bottom step on the stairs going up to the house, the support underneath was rotten and not supporting the step. There were two light fixtures on the top floor that had water in them and had to keep a bucket under one light fixture. These light fixtures had to be replaced, but not until after we were checked out.Smoke detector hang off the wall by wires.Direct tv cables, boxes hanging down the wall.
