Please note that we do not have elevators, pool or hot tubs on site. In the offseason months, we have a strong snowbird community that return back year after year. Our HOA takes great pride in our property and it shows! The area does offer Uber and Lyft. Restaurants, ice cream, small groceries, souvenir shops are all within walking distance. If flying in there are shuttle services available that will deliver you straight to the property. Thank you for your interest in Beach Front Manor! We love being close to the beach and love sharing our home away from home with others. We spend a lot of time here and believe you will find that we take great pride in caring for our place. We want you to be comfortable and “At Home” while visiting too. We will always be available as a resource before, during and after your trip! This email will contain a couple simple requirements for renting along with how you will obtain your entry instructions for the day of your arrival. DISCLAIMER: Routine quarterly pest control inspections are conducted on the property in Jan, April, July & October. Compliance is NOT OPTIONAL as it is critical to maintain this routine procedure. The inspections are usually done on the 3rd Thursday of each month, though that is subject to change. Atmosphere: The Beach Front complex is a quiet, family friendly complex. If you are looking for a more lively atmosphere, we are NOT the place for you. We have many owners on site throughout the year and our renters are expected to adhere to the HOA rules. You will be contacted and asked to leave should any rule NOT be adhered to. We take great pride in our property and it shows, we want to keep it that way. She had everything ready and allowed us to check in early, which was a blessing after traveling, allowed us to unwind before going to the beach. Excellent rental and owner, would stay again. We were able to check in as soon as we got to town and our host was very attentive and added many thoughtful “extras” in the place to make our stay comfortable . You can see gorgeous views just by stepping out the door and beach is just steps away. Couldn’t be a better place to relax and recharge. It was clean, tidy, attractive, and comfy as can be.
