We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The outside of the building was not the best. The pool was ok, the handicap button for the door didn’t work, the jacuzzi had cold water in it. I’ve stayed at a few VRBO‘s this one was ok it would’ve been nice to have had some coffee and possibly beach towels this is a beach property. We traveled from Michigan and they were able accommodate us and check in a couple hours early on a very busy Spring Break Saturday! Room looked just as pictured, gorgeous. We are also staying again next year! There were a few things that hopefully will be addressed which we let Management know. My husband brought his electric bike and loved going to the State Park trails. Who wouldn’t love the views! Our thanks to the the girls in Management. At sunset, we saw dolphins from our balcony. Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedroom (2 king bed rooms and one queen), 2 bathrooms. Full washer/dryer and a litte wagon cart filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, many sand toys, and a large beach umbrella. Unit was close to many restaurants (great seafood!).
