We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. The condo we rented was excellent. The property owners were so gracious and understanding, especially when I couldn't figure out the television, lol. The location and view were awesome, and the condo had everything we needed, except for food, of course. The little market across the street is also very handy. We had such a good time and hated to leave. The condo was nice and had plenty of space. The only issue was the stools were stained and the lock on the sliding door was broke. The location to the beach was great. There needed to be more elevators. Less chairs/umbrellas for rent directly in front of the condo building would have been nice. We had one issue with parking passes that did not settle well with us. The condo itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The wagon filled with chairs and mats for the beach were so nice! Our kids loved the beach toys that were in the condo and they provided many hours of entertainment! It was a great location as we could walk to many restaurants. The pool, splash pad and hot tub were great but it would have been nice if it was heated for the cooler days. There were 8 of us and plenty of room. I seen some complaints about the elevators, we stayed 4 days/3 nights and they weren't slow at all. The pool is a little small, but we spent quite a bit of time at the beach so it wasn't a big deal. I will say the parking spots are TINY. We were on the line a little bit and they gave us a warning ticket, so that is a little annoying. Other than that GREAT place to stay. 10/10 ##### Lori H. Very nice and clean and spacious. Good location. Nice beach. Easy check in and communication with rental agency. Nice covered parking. Only issue which has nothing to do with condo or agency, but the neighbors were smoking marijuana several times and we had to deal with the smell in the master bedroom and couldnt go on balcony because it was so bad.
