On-site amenities include a gulf front pool & hot tub with cobblestone pool deck. BBQ grilling area. Pool side restrooms available. Pool Fobs required and located in the condo.

This direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with modern decor. Updated furnishings throughout including two side chairs and Capri sofa in the living room, bar stools, upgraded vanity in bathroom, and glass-top oven. Master bedroom now has blackout curtains. The private balcony, accessed from the living room, is spacious with plenty of seating. BBQ grilling area on-site. Cooking in is a breeze in your well-appointed kitchen with all appliances. The thermostat allows cooling to a minimum of 70 degrees; heating to 74, system disable w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.
