Boat, Beach, Fish, Relax! Premium Top Floor Views! Reel Serenity Bayview is an angler and nature lover's paradise! One visit and you'll agree, this is the epitome of serenity. The only top floor unit where you can watch dolphins rolling and pelicans diving in the bay, as well as the occasional alligator or a rare manatee swimming in the harbor, from the bar or the balcony. Your vacation stay is a two bedroom, two bath condominium at the gated Navy Cove Harbor complex in Fort Morgan located on the 4th floor over looking the beautiful views of Mobile Bay. This is by far the premium unit for taking in the outdoors and enjoying the stunning scenery at Navy Cove, from beautiful sunrises to breathtaking sunsets. You can see the water from every room, including a secluded natural and undeveloped beach from the balcony and both bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living areas flow from one to another, allowing for an inclusive vacation experience for all. The kitchen is well appointed with updated stainless appliances and well furnished with all the necessary equipment for the cooks to prepare the day's catch for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the living room couch converts into a queen-size bed. All in all, this unit sleeps 6 comfortably. Other amenities include a washer and dryer and an elevator, as well as luggage carts, for your convenience. For angling families who want to bring your own boats, this is by far one of the best rentals along the Alabama coast. Your stay includes the use of a deeded boat slip with a 16,000 lb. lift, a private boat launch and trailer parking. Great inshore fishing for reds and trout begins at the dock, and for offshore anglers it's a mere 3-mile run to the pass. There is a large fish cleaning station on the dock with power, water and lights. There are also fish carts available to haul your catch from the boat to the table. ​ For those who don't fish, there are two pools and hot tubs on the property, a natural, undeveloped bay beach to explore out the back door, a barbecue area with covered picnic tables, and a short 5 minute walk down a paved street to the white sand beach of the Gulf. \* IMPORTANT CHANGE\* As of 2022 Navy Cove Harbor HOA will NO longer allow renters to bring pets on property. Location was away from the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, which was something that we were looking for on this trip, but not so far that we couldn't go into town and enjoy time there during the trip. The thing that really made this location special was the view, with the balcony looking directly out at Mobile Bay and views from the hallway looking across the thin strip of land towards the Gulf. The walk from the rental to the beach on the Gulf side was very manageable, and the weather was excellent for several beach days. My buddy and I had a great time on the water and my wife and her friend had a great time on the beach. Great view from the balcony. The only problem was with the master bedroom mattress. It was comfortable and the perfect place to relax away from the crowds! I highly recommend it! I hope to stay here again on my next trip to the area. This condo was the perfect place to watch dolphins swim and the resident alligator came to visit a few times in the marina! Across the street was amazing swimming at the beach and the condo was beautiful and well kept! Best part was the deck for the stunning views! You would definitely need a car to travel to the area. You get a started pack of small shampoo, soap, detergent, dish soap etc. but you will need to stock up on these things (including toilet paper) if staying more than a few days. This was not a big deal for us as the owners communicated this very well in their welcome message! They were SO responsive to our messages and attentive to all our needs. Your place provided one of the most satisfyingly 'chill' trips of all. Navy Cove is the epitome of laid-back. We were able to relax immediately when we arrived, and this floor plan is much more home-like than all the other 'shotgun' style units we've stayed in. We especially loved that the balcony (oh, those views!) was blissfully private - no other balconies in sight on either side. Our vacay was far too short and we hope to return again soon! ##### Mark J. The nights were so quiet. The condo was extremely clean, organized and comfy. Everyone we met at the marina was friendly. Two pools and hot tubs to choice from (although pools were cold). A few options to drive for dinner or snacks (nothing really in walking distance to eat). A great, family vacation. ##### Rachel C. We could see the gulf water and the boats - and the resident alligator - all from our balcony. I loved that the bay side had a little beach right there and we could hang out there - or hunt ghost crabs at dark - in less than a minute walk and then walk about ten minutes for the big waves. The pool and hot tub on the property were both great for our kiddos, too. And communication with the owner was great also. We will be coming back. We have been to the OB area multiple times and decided to try a new area. I can’t go on enough about the theme, great use of space and the way the owners furnish this condo. The condo is on the back of the complex, has an INCREDIBLE view of Mobile Bay and it feels totally secluded. We spent most of our time on the balcony, which was great and one of the most important things I look for in booking! I dealt with Miss Kim, an owner and she was the absolute BEST! She responded immediately and had lots of helpful information. If you want a beautiful place to stay and want to watch the dolphins and the resident alligator, this is the place for you. Before our trip we knew we wanted to bring our boat and we reached out to multiple owners who advertised use of their boat lift being included in the rental only to find out after further inquiry, they were NOT allowing use of the boat lift. The owners of this unit (The Hortons) were very responsive and honest and included their boat lift in the rental (our boat is aluminum and we did not want it in the water the entire time). Kim and Chris Horton was incredibly helpful in suggesting everything from restaurants to grocery shopping and lots of fishing tips! They truly made this trip so memorable for us. The condo is perfectly stocked with everything you need! Towels, linens, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies, tvs in all rooms, hair dryer, in condo washer and dryer, a cooler for your use, beach cart, beach chairs, an umbrella for beach (although we had our own). The king bed - I contacted Kim after the first night and inquired what brand it was because I slept better than I did at home and so did my husband. For us, this is a big deal!!! BR #2 had a Casper mattress (I napped on it one day). If you are wanting to fish, this condo is perfect. You literally take a rod and bait and walk down to the dock that surrounds Navy Harbor and throw a line out and catch fish!! Anytime of day or at night. THIS WAS A GREAT TRIP THANKS TO THESE OWNERS AND NAVY COVE HARBOR! we will come back but stay longer next time ##### Sonya N C.
