    Experience “Dolce Vita”, the sweet life at Kiva Dunes! Completely and lovingly remodeled in 2026, enjoy one of the best locations in the resort, mere steps to the beach walkover and its 3,000 foot private beach as well as the Blue Heron pool. Previously beloved as Piper, she’s back and better than ever with all new furnsihings and finishes; the perfect sweet ending to a day on the beach or a round of golf. The Main floor has a bedroom with king bed and en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen with new quartzite counter-top, and plenty of seating to watch the game, play cards or enjoy a meal. There is also a covered deck to take in the sea breeze. Downstairs is another bedroom with two queens, and an updated, full bath; allowing privacy and space for family or friends.



    We welcome you to all the simple joys and pleasures of sunshine days, lazy palm sways, and the sweet serenity of the Gulf Coast with Dolce Vita, part of the exclusive Kiva Dunes Resort, where guests enjoy access to a private beach club with pool and beach, golf course, pools, exercise room, pickle ball court and on-site dining at the beach club (in season) and the Kiva Grill. The perfectly sweet place to get away to the Gulf Coast!
