***Please be advised that Phoenix West has scheduled exterior repair projects from October 20 through approximately December 23, weather permitting, which will result in temporary amenity closures:
- October 20 to approximately November 20: The lazy river and water slide will be closed for handrail replacement and planned replastering.
- November 23 to approximately December 23: The outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed for exterior wall repairs. The lazy river and water slide are expected to reopen before this phase begins.
Guests may experience construction noise, swing stages, workers, equipment, and temporary pedestrian detours during working hours. No construction is scheduled November 26 through November 29. All dates are provided by the Association and are subject to change due to weather, contractor progress, or other circumstances beyond our control.***

Each of the three bedrooms is exceptionally spacious and features its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for every guest. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

As a guest at Phoenix West, you'll enjoy access to exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside zero-entry outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, sauna, grilling area, covered parking, and a private boardwalk that leads directly to the sugar-white sands.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
