UPCOMING COMPLEX IMPROVEMENTS – PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING



QUIETER DATES: 10/19/26–11/1/26 and 11/21/26–12/6/26 – Exterior painting is not expected to be noisy. Some beachside parking may be unavailable, but an overflow lot across the street will provide plenty of parking.



NOISY DATES: 11/2/26–11/20/26 – Pool replastering and stairwell repairs will create noise daily from 8 AM–5 PM. One pool will remain open at all times, but stairwells may be temporarily blocked.



LIMITED BALCONY ACCESS: 12/7/26–12/18/26 – Balconies will be inaccessible and furniture removed while the south side is painted. Some beachside parking may be unavailable, with overflow parking available across the street.



Discounts have been applied to affected dates to help offset these inconveniences.

This delightful 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath Gulf-front condo is located in the Caribbean complex in Gulf Shores, the only beachfront pet friendly complex in Gulf Shores. This inviting unit is ideal for those dreaming of a relaxing beachside vacation!



Dog Friendly- Make sure you check the box that says you are traveling with pets and that will add on the pet fee for 1 pet, if you are bringing a 2nd pet let me know after the reservation is made and I will add the $100 plus tax pet fee for the 2nd pet on the reservation. Make sure you notify us to let us know that you will be bringing a 2nd pet so we can add the additional pet to the reservation and adjust the pricing accordingly. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:

• DOGS ONLY

• Pets can not be left on the balcony unattended.

• No aggressive pets are allowed

• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit.

• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, drip-style and K cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals! Gather around the breakfast bar with seating for 2 or enjoy a cozy meal at the dining table with seating for 4.



The living room offers plenty of seating, a wall mounted TV, private balcony access and one of the best views of the Gulf in all of Gulf Shores!



Primary Bedroom offers a king-size bed, two nightstands, a double closet, and a wall mounted TV. The ensuite bath features a separate water closet with a tub/shower combo, allowing multiple guests to get ready with ease.



A charming hallway bunk area with two twin-size beds brings the total guest capacity to six—making this space perfect for families and friends!

To get you started, we provide a starter set of essentials, including:

Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom)

Paper towels (1 roll)

Hand soap (1 bar per bathroom)

Dishwasher tablet (1)

Trash bags (1 per can)

Laundry detergent tablet (1)

These essentials are designed to cover your initial needs until you can stock up.



**Important Procedures and Policies:**



*** Cancellation Policy*** In the event of a cancellation the percentage of refund stated on our cancellation policy is reflective of the amount we receive, credit card transaction fees are not refunded for any reason.



* **Rental Agreement and Guest List:** After booking, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature on the rental agreement and a guest list. A copy of the primary renter's driver's license is required for completion. Check-in information will not be released until we have an esigned rental agreement on file. Reservations that do not complete the rental agreement within 24 hours may result in cancellation upon or discretion.



* **Security Deposit:** A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.



* **Check-In:** A contactless check-in is offered. Your door code and instructions will be emailed three days prior to arrival, provided all necessary information has been submitted.



* **Minimum Age and Bookings:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
