This 1st floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach access! We charge a one-time pet fee of $175 that is listed as a Property fee. There is so much to do in Gulf Shores. I like that it is outside the city limits, so the “rules” are more relaxed. The Beach was never super crowded. I appreciate that she let us check in an hour or so early once the cleaners were done since we arrived earlier than anticipated. It was the perfect location for our family and 2 dogs. The neighboring renters were a bit loud, not realizing the walls are thin, but that is no fault of Dawn. Overall awesome home away from home. Only a couple things we noticed, but not big deals or anything that would make us not stay again. The dustpan is missing. I was going to buy 1, but forgot when we went to the store. Mattresses probably need flipping or rotating to reduce the large body indents and the master shower pressure is low. Again, these are all minor and more of an fyi only.
