Kitchen: The kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with a tile backsplash and granite countertops, providing a stylish and functional space for preparing meals. Modern amenities make cooking a breeze. There are multiple dining options to suit your preferences. Gather around the dining table for four or enjoy a quick meal at the bar with seating for five. All dining areas offer a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy your favorite dishes.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Family Vacation

Location was great—easy walk to beach, pool, and restaurants! The condo was as expected and provided what we needed. If anything could be improved, it would be the beds. The master bed was uncomfortable and very creaky. It was loud to the point that if there is more than one person in the bed, you’ll wake them up any time you turn over. Other beds were also noisy.

Loved this condo! It's perfect for my growing family, the furnishings are top of the line and very comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and activities. The property is a perfect size with easy access to the beach, awesome pool , abundant parking and never a long wait for the elevator. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, ok amenities

Location was great. Property is older and could be maintained better and updated. One elevator was completely out and was told it had been for 2 months. Condo itself is a nice space and furnished nicely but all the beds were very squeaky. Kitchen was lacking a few basics like a potholder and dish soap. Also, refrigerator didn’t stay closed without effort. Probably needs a new seal. Hot water was inconsistent. Also, getting the cable to work was complicated and never got it work fully. With a few updates to the building and condo, would be a great rental.

Excellent condo to Rent!

My family found this newly renovated condo on vrbo and it was an awesome choice! It was very nice and clean and slept great for all my family! The balcony has great views of both the beach and also the bay! It's in a awesome location and can be easily accessible. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. And the owners have done a great job of decorating this condo for great comfortable experience. I don't normally write reviews but on this one I had too! It was wonderful and I highly recommend this condo for anyone. As for my family and I, we will be back!
