The Space:
OVERVIEW
Welcome to SandShells Retreat, a bright, colourful condo in the Moonraker community on the west end of Beach Boulevard. Cross the street and you're on the sand. One free ticket per activity, every day of your stay, for a dolphin cruise, golf, parasailing and more. Use them all today then cool off in the pool and walk to dinner.

THE SPACE
Living room: Comfortable sofa and armchair with a mounted smart TV, open to the kitchen.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Dining table seats 4, plus an outdoor picnic table for meals in the breeze.

Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds, smart TV

How it works: each free ticket covers one guest, and anyone else joining pays the regular price. Unused tickets expire at the end of each day. Activities depend on season and availability. Not available for stays of 28 nights or longer. These are activity tickets, not a credit or cash value.

THINGS TO NOTE
Stairs: The condo is on the first living floor, above the covered parking, and you reach it by two flights of stairs. There is no lift, so plan on carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs.
You must be 25 or older to book, and the renter must stay in the unit.
Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No smoking, vaping or pets.
Snowbirds welcome November through February. Send us your dates for monthly rates.
