This custom 5-bedroom beach vacation home offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Enjoy expansive 12x40 decks with upgraded Polywood furniture and stunning Gulf and sunset views. Inside, indulge in luxury finishes like custom cabinetry, Cambria Quartz countertops, and high-end LVP flooring. Three bedrooms feature private en suite baths, and multiple living spaces ensure plenty of room to relax. Pro Tip: Don’t miss turning on the deck party lights in the evening for a wonderful outdoor atmosphere. The Space The lower level boasts a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and an oversized island, ideal for meal prep. A large pantry is conveniently located for your grocery needs, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid stand mixer. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, plus a high chair for little ones. Large windows in the dining area provide gorgeous sunset views. One bedroom is located on this level, featuring a King-sized bed, full private bath, and Gulf views. In addition to the main living room, there’s a cozy seating area with a sectional/chaise sofa and a wine/coffee bar—perfect for enjoying your morning brew or an evening cocktail. A laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer, along with a powder bath, completes the first floor. The extra living room was great for the kids to watch movies at night. The adults enjoyed the balcony which was lit up with lights! (Only note is to bring bug spray- the mosquitoes were fierce) Topping off how great the house is would be the service you get. DeeDee the property manager was amazing! I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at Shell Seeker! The house was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach. We loved sitting on the decks every morning while listening to the ocean and enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for all of us to gather for dinner and games. Dee Dee (the property manager) was incredibly helpful as well and even stopped by to check on us. Thank you for allowing us to rent your house for the week.
