  • This great Gulf Shores Condo is located on the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico in the Southern Sands complex. It is located only 1/4 of a mile from Hwy 59 within walking distance to fun activities and great restaurants, such as The Hangout! This condo is super low density with only 18 units in the complex. That means no crowded beach, no crowded pool and no crowded parking lot! The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ice-maker, new stove, blender, etc. and granite countertops! Living room has cable TV and DVD player. Each floor has a **free** laundry room for your convenience. Dining room seats six guests. Master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the sleeper sofa in the living room is also a queen size bed. Master bath has a walk-in shower. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool.

The condo was great for our family. The beach was easy access which was great for kids. The pool on property was a nice change of pace in the late afternoon as the sun went behind the building. We really enjoyed the ability to walk to dinner. The check-in and out process was one of the easiest we’ve ever had (thank you!).

The condo has easy access. Located right outside of elevator. It’s beautifully decorated in a beach theme. Owner was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions during my stay. I would stay at this location again.

Great Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and made getting around easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Loved this condo! In a great location, walking distance to food,stores and coffee! Nice pool not super crowded and clean! Condo was a good size and had everything we needed.

Great Vaca

This was our second visit this year. We love this spot. Can’t beat the location and beach. With this being a smaller condo complex, beach is not overly crowded. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable condo unit.

Wonder condo right on the beach

Loved the under-the-building parking. Keeps the vehicle cool on super-hot days. There's an elevator for convenience or can use the stairs. The laundry facilities were clean and on the same floor. The condo has beachy decor thru-out with a well-stocked kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the main bath has a lovely rain shower. Clean pool with plenty of lounge chairs, short walk to the beach, great location and safe area. We had a wonderful stay and will go back!

Ok love the property. The host was sweet, the cleaners could clean better the outside of the cabinets and fridge were dirty. Probably leave cleaning rags for bathroom & a mop I could not find one. Overall it was so good nothing I couldnt fix. Would definitely stay again the view the locati. Awesome

Overall nice stay

We stayed 5 nights at this property. View is beautiful and the unit is right on the main drag. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick responses. Check in process was simple. What we didn’t like was ants in the kitchen sink, a used bandaid stuck to the mattress cover of the hideaway bed, somewhat sandy floors when we entered and took our shoes off, and having to put away the dishes from the last renter. The light wasn’t working in the master bath but we just used the light in the shower unit instead.

Great location to the beach, shopping, restaurants! Only 18 units in this complex so our pool was never crowded and a convenient path to the beach! Great little condo with plenty of room. Dianne was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Great location. Super easy and close to get to the beach. It was nice not having to haul stuff very far. It is also close enough to walk to shops and restaurants so avoid trying to park and deal with traffic. Would definitely stay again.
