House rules • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. We booked this place with the intent of it being a king bed in the master bedroom like it was advertised. However, it was definitely not a king bed but a queen bed. There was hair all over the floor & the shower in the bathroom on the main level. The ceiling fan was about to fall down so you couldn’t turn it on, we couldn’t even sleep in the master room. It was definitely not a place that I would have wanted to continue staying in. We are the last people to complain, never have before in a condo and we come down to the beach multiple times a summer. Yeah some say it may not be a big deal and it isn’t that big of a deal to us, but when you spend over $1300 just for a condo for the week, I don’t want to run into these problems. However, when I messaged Marcy at Hosteeva, she was very helpful in getting us a new place for our family. We are very thankful for that as we had other family coming down to be on vacation with us. Please just make sure that the listing is correct before you book it. ##### Jojo M.
