  • Welcome to our newly refreshed beach getaway, just seconds from Morgantown’s private Gulf beach and steps away from a beautiful pool. Built for warmth, joy, and time with family and friends, this is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. Enjoy quiet mornings, beach days, sunset bike rides, or a golf cart trip to the tennis courts.

    More than a stop over it’s where you will make lasting memories that will last a lifetime. This property is unique in that it sits beside the heated pool and is less than a 5 minute walk down a boardwalk to the beach. you have the best of both worlds .

    Our guests love how convenient our place is to golf, tennis, beach, pool, food and fishing.

We ask that you please just love our home and care for it as you would your own and report anything that may have gotten damaged or needs attention prior to check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

For your safety, the top bunk and ladder have a 200 lb weight limit. Please help us keep them safe and enjoyable for all guests.
Only guests on the reservation may use community amenities. A $150 fee applies for each unregistered guest.
Do not move or adjust the dehumidifier. It is remotely monitored. Damage to the unit may result in charges up to $300.
