This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom features a king sized bed in the master and a bunk bed with a twin over queen in the guest room. The owner is a member of The Beach Club so you will have access to the many private amenities with a daily fee which you pay at the club desk for only the days you choose. The private amenities include: An indoor pool and luxury locker rooms with saunas, a fitness center, a game room, outdoor pool with seasonal poolside entertainment and Tiki Bar and Grill, world class clay tennis courts, a tennis instructor, and scheduled children's activities. You will have access (without the daily fee to the pool at the Doral building) to the Club Spa and Salon, and the fine dining restaurant and full bar located upstairs in the Clubhouse. Both have an outside patio with a beautiful gulf view. Or take the tram to the restaurant and bar near the entrance of the resort. There is onsite shopping for beach attire, souvenirs, and toys right next to an ice cream shop! Bring your basketball, there are goals in the West Parking area! The Village Mercantile, Creamery, and Lawn area are places to check out. Fun, sun, relaxation, vacation. A getaway, is just a reservation away. Internet is provided by the resort. The Beach Club charges $40 for each parking pass. One pass is included in your reservation and additional passes can be purchased before your arrival through Signature Properties. We will need to know before you arrive, how many cars and the name of one individual in each car. You will check in with the guard as you enter the property and they will issue the parking pass to you. Prices are subject to change without any notice per the HOA. The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club: RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups) - Trailers - Buses - Boats and jet skis - Off road vehicles \*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate. There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay. SMOKE FREE: Doral Tower Owners declared the tower to be SMOKE FREE. No smoking on balconies, no smoking inside condo, no smoking in the Doral Common areas. This unit is professionally managed by: Signature Properties. We guarantee-open communication with guests from booking to check out and that your rental is in top condition upon arrival. At Signature Properties, we strive on making each vacation a one of a kind experience personalized for each guest. Book today and you won't be disappointed! \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. This resort is our favorite and now we have another favorite, this gorgeous, recently renovated stunner of a condo. The amount of storage space and the amazing kitchen and laundry set up was top notch with a wonderfully stocked kitchen. There are so many separate spaces to store your pantry, beach gear and clothes. This condo has maximized its space in a smart beach chic way. Being a neat freak I truly appreciated the organization of the place which allowed us to minimize sand distribution (the bare floor vacuum came in so handy and a broom at the front helped knock off more sand before coming in). We did not have everything we brought on top of each other and us which I credit the space layout to. The patio furniture, while fun, was super hard for me to get out of. A cute little outdoor side table would have been helpful to place coffee and cocktails but that is so minor. This is a 10/10 condo at a 10/10 resort. ##### Jenny C. The grounds are beautiful. We hung out at the clubhouse and enjoyed the food and drinks at the Gulfside Bar and Grill. Their spa is unbelievable and the staff is great. Reviewer Comments: When it comes to booking places my husband always leaves it to me because I am so picky about cleanliness. This place was spotless! So much so that when I wiped up the floors with my lysol wipes when we first got there (I have a kid so he likes to sit on the floor and play) there wasn't any dirt on them at all! The bathrooms were pristine. I have a habit of looking at the base boards and the cracks and crevices in the bathrooms along with the shower doors, all clean here. The couch (a very daring white/cream color) absolutely no stains, I was impressed to say the least. Bedding was crisp and clean. The fans give off a lot of air which I loved and the hot water got hot quick. The only suggestion I would give would be that there be a swiffer vacuum or something to vacuum up the sand that can sometimes be brought in.
