New Condo built 2021, Ocean Front ! 2 BR 2Bath sleeps 6

THE CONDO Is Ocean Front fully furnished on the 3rd floor of the magnificent Gulf Shores Resort. This unit has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 43" TV in each bedroom. It has 2 bathrooms, both with shower tub combo. There's a queen sleeper sofa and rocker recliner in the living room. It also has a wet bar with mirror. The condo is ocean front with a view of the ocean, 150 steps to the boardwalk. It is in the same building as the indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, fitness center, steam room, and sauna, are just steps away. Free parking just outside the unit. The building was completely re-built after hurricane Sally in 2020 and completed in 2021, so everything is new. The condo has new stainless steel appliances, furniture, flooring, and paint. It has free wireless internet and cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, smooth top stove, quite upgraded dish washer, microwave, Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need. The condo also has an Iron and Ironing board, Hair dryers, and All your linens are provided which include 4 towels and wash cloths in each bath, dish cloths and dish towels in the kitchen, and all sheets and covers for each bed and the sleeper sofa, extra blankets are also in the closet. If you need to wash your towels or linens during your stay, card operated washers and dryers are located it the building. Housekeeping provides a starter kit of a couple of rolls of tissue and soap in each bathrooms, paper towels, dish detergent, and a couple of trash bags. The front door has a combo door lock with a deadbolt inside. No smoking is allowed in the condo. THE RESORT has 6 outdoor pools, one is heated, one indoor pool, several lighted tennis courts, several lighted volleyball courts, lighted basketball courts, Several lighted pickleball courts, one indoor and one outdoor hot tub, steam room, sauna, beach store, horseshoes, putting green, several outdoor grills, and Sassy Bass restaurant with a beach front bar. There’s a coffee and ice cream shop at the Resort. The Kiva Dunes Golf Course and restaurant are walking distance from condo. THE BEACH has beautiful white sand. There’s Chair and Umbrella rentals, Parasailing, Banana boat rides and more. No pets are allowed at the resort or on the beach. Don't let my low prices fool you, this is a beautiful up to date condo with great views of the ocean. Thanks

Our family had an amazing trip while staying at this condo. The owners communicated better than aI have ever seen. The condo was clean. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We swam in the pools but did not use any other amenities besides the beach access. I highly recommend staying here

Great condo, great complex!

My family stayed at this property for 3 nights while we were in town for my son’s soccer tournament. The condo was so nice and clean! The check in and parking couldn’t have been easier and the owner was great at communicating!!!! We had a wonderful visit and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Spring Break

Our stay was a week long and was relaxing. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing area the resort has to offer. The indoor pool was our family's favorite part, as the weather everyday was not warm enough for the outdoor pools. The resort is a ways away from the busy bussle of Gulf Shores, but close enough to still head into to town to enjoy what it all has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great owners - quiet resort

We loved the location. Its private, on the beach, and a quiet place to stay. Just a short drive in any direction to find an assortment of activities. Ride the ferry to Dauphin Island, spend time at Wharf and you have to eat at Lamberts! I love the south! Not only because of beautiful surroundings but the people are so nice and friendly.

Relaxing and beautiful!!

My husband and I traveled to Gulf Shores with another couple for a 5 night getaway and were so pleased with this location. The condo had everything we needed!! We were steps from the beach and could see the ocean from the balcony. Restaurants were within walking distance if we didn’t want to venture out. We were a few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle if we felt like a little more excitement. Onsite coin laundry was easily accessible.

Charming Beachview Condo

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and felt at home there. The owners provided information on their favorite restaurants and other info to make our stay even more enjoyable. The condo was clean and comfortable and everyone we came in contact with was friendly. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed seeing dolphins not far from shore. The weather was cool and blustery at times, but we enjoyed the condo's deck where we could sit in the sun and out of the wind. It was hard to leave and go back to winter.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We absolutely love the Plantation at Kiva Dunes! We have stayed in the Plantation several times, and all but once have been with Phil and Michelle, and that was due to renovations from hurricane Sally. Phil and Michelle have went all out to provide an at-home experience at one of the most beautiful places on Earth, and you can feel the love they put into their unit as soon as you walk in the door. Everything you need is provided, even beach chairs! While we stayed this time we experienced a lot of things for the first time. Our son is getting a bit older so he wanted to explore a bit more (normally we buy our food, throw our keys in the drawer and stay beach front) so we ventured out a few times. We went to the Hangout and saw some live music, walked on the public beach boardwalk at night, visited the Lagoon Pass, which was beautiful, and ate at Circos pizza, a mom and pop pizza shop that was delicious! We also saw dolphins, some sharks, stingray, lots of jellyfish, crabs, and some cool fish. Gulf Shores is truly our happy place, and the Plantation, and this condo, are just far enough away from the busy area yet close enough that its not a far drive to the shops and town. We cant say enough good about this place, the condo owners, or Gulf Shores. We are already looking at dates for next year😊 Until next time🏖
