We spent most of our time out there, it was a lovely space to hang out and relax. The location was also in a great area, we could easily walk to several restaurants within 5 minutes. The host was also a great communicator. Caitlin made sure we had all the check in information well before hand so we were prepared for our stay, and she was also quick to respond to any questions we had. House and yard aren't exactly fresh and new, but if you want a reasonably priced place with a view and a beach just a block away, this may be for you.
