Broadmoor 503 Steps to the beach! Come make lasting memories!

  • 5th Floor (503) new luxuriously furnished with upgrades galore. Very roomy 1450SF with 2BR, 2 Baths; Master has a king and includes a relaxing lounging space with large windows to enjoy watching the dolphins. Master bathroom has a large en-suite with an oversized walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds, plus its own bathroom. There are flat screen tv's in the bedrooms and in the living room. The sofa bed has a gel memory foam mattress for added comfort.

    State of the art kitchen fully equipped with all main and small appliances, and a filter coffee maker. Separate wet bar with ice maker, 6 seat dining area and 3 barstools.

    Broadmoor is a low-density boutique building with only 60 units where you can relax on the beautiful sugar white sands, dip in the pool, sauna, or hot tub with no long waits. Steps to the beach!
    Pickle ball, tennis court, shuffleboard and corn hole onsite. Bring your PB paddles and tennis racquets/balls.
