The location of the home is tucked into Kiva Dunes neighborhood and accessible to the beach via the golf cart left at the home. The house was clean, kitchen was nicely equipped and there was lots of seating available in the numerous decks throughout the house. Pool area gets morning sun and a nice sandbox for children to play in. The pool is very nice but suggest heating it if you want to use it. The house is will equipped for entertaining a lot of people, the location inside the gated community (Kiva Dunes) is amazing, and the inclusion of a Pool and Golf Cart on-site really made the trip. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house accommodated our group well in terms of space. The golf cart access was a very nice addition and came in very handy based on where the property was located. We didn’t use it much but the swimming pool on the property was good to have as well. A few minor things we thought could be better would be adding more drinking cups, bowls and general dishes in the kitchen. It was also a little disappointing not to have seating on some balconies or enough seating to enjoy the upper decks. Some had no seating and off the main living room, there were 2 chairs. The living room seating was limited as well unless using the dining room table. There was plenty of seating for meals at the table and around the counter. We just spent our spring break at this house and it was better in person! We had three families that stayed here with a total of 11 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and little beach area in the back were a huge hit with the kids. Having access to the Kiva Dunes Beach Club also made staying here so worth it. The free shuttles to/from the house to the beach made everything so easy and even with a bunch of kids all us adults were able to relax! I would definitely stay here again.
