A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. • PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Loved our building, it was a smaller building than most in the beach so not a lot of cars or people. Short walk to the beach, beach was not busy in front of us. Parasailing and banana boat rides were right in our beach plus chair rentals. The condo itself has beautiful views of the ocean, beach, sunrise, and sunset. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The washer and dry was a heaven sent with three little kids. Ohhh and the balcony was so big and great view plus private. Full sized kitchen was so handy. Kitchen was as stocked with bare minimum cooking supplies. Pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids. Pool is not heated so in March it was freezing! 10 out of 10 will defiantly come back if we visit GS again. ##### Kaylea D. The condo was clean and very comfortable except for the white cloth couch. It was extremely dirty. I did send a picture of it. The main shower didn't drain very well either. However, when we arrived, the floors were very dirty, and we had no towels. They were left dirty in the washer, unstarted. We cleaned and folded ourselves. In addition, the garbage disposal was nonoperational. The toilet in the smaller bathroom is not bolted down properly. There was a gross substance on the couch behind the back pillows. We enjoyed our stay, but given the price and the issues we had, we may shop around elsewhere next year. Which is a shame because it was very cute, and we absolutely loved the pool. ##### Gretchen B. There were a few things that might deter me from staying there again: \*Cleanliness was okay…there was sticky stuff/food particles on most of the cabinet handles in the kitchen I had to wipe down. But everything else seemed fine. \*There was a rectangle hole cut out of the drywall in one of the bedrooms leaving the inside of the wall exposed…that was weird. \*The one night we were able to use the hot tub, it was COLD 😭 \*You can’t turn the bathroom light on without the fan turning on as well…this shouldn’t be a big deal, but the fan is LOUD and it was annoying by the second day. 😅 \*The hot water in the unit ran out SO fast. If you took more than a five minute shower, the hot water was gone. Forget having both showers run at the same time. Or trying to run a washer/dishwasher while taking a shower. We had to create a shower rotation 🙃 BUT, it was beautiful, upgraded, had a HUGE back porch, was in the perfect location, and excellent property managers! ##### Jill F.
