This condo is well taken care of. It is updated and was very, very clean upon our arrival, which we thoroughly appreciated! It had starter supplies for the bathroom and kitchen. It is located close to the pool and beach access boardwalk. As of March 5, 2023 the main pool was under construction, but hopefully it will be finished by the summer season. We had such a great time! The community had so many amenities we honestly did not have to leave. We had dinner at Sassy Bass, the food was good and the view from the restaurant was gorgeous. The condo was plenty big for the 2 of us, if you have a family you will enjoy the second bedroom with a queen bed and bunks. The kitchen seemed well stocked, although we only cooked once. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoyed the view of the pool and beach. Parking is free so that is a plus! Communication with the host was amazing. The washer and dryer are not in the condo but there are washer and dryers for each floor. This was a misunderstanding on my part. You do have to pay to use them but at least they are available. The only thing that I would suggest is to get a new pullout couch soon. But as long a child or young teen is sleeping on it, it is still ok, it's just not comfortable for a grown up or anyone over 100lbs! Over all though, this was a great place to stay! ##### Kasey C.
