Million Dollar View from Your Balcony!


  • New cabinets, granite countertops, built in microwave, tile backsplash in kitchen, new tub and tile shower surround, ceiling fan in great room and bedroom, new sleeper sofa and new bedroom furniture.

    All Emerald Skye units offer one car parking, direct gulf view, private balcony, outdoor seasonally heated pool, bar-b-que grills, & beautiful white sand. If watching from the balcony dolphins can be seen feeding daily. The lighted private pier next door, although not accessible to Emerald Skye guests, provides a spectacular view of the ocean waves all night. This unit features 1 50" flat screen TV in the living room and a 40" wall mounted in master bedroom),a queen size sleeper sofa, large bath vanity, queen bed, top bunk with safety rail, comfortable recliner in living room. Bunk area can be closed off from living room and bedroom for privacy. You have use of elevator & luggage carts but not necessary to wait for elevator since this unit is only one floor above ground level.

    Great central Orange Beach location near restaurants, fishing, parks, shopping, marinas and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels) and the Naval Flight Museum. To the west it's a 1 hour drive to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. A short drive west from Mobile are the Biloxi Casinos. The photos depict only a few of the many family oriented attractions near the condo.

The condo had everything we needed for a 3 month stay. Jason is a great property manager, answered our questions quickly. Enjoyed being on the first floor and the smaller size of the entire complex. Great location, close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and gas station. Would stay here again. The dolphins were very active and enjoyed watching all the surfers.

Favorite Place To Stay!

This is our third year to choose this condo unit!! We will be back again. Great location! Great views from balcony! Beautiful beach that was not crowded at all! We loved every minute! Bed was super comfy and the shower head was fabulous! Kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed.

A Wonderful Stay!

This condo stay is wonderful! We didn’t have to contact the host for anything, for they delivered as promised. The condo is very clean and private. The view from the balcony is beautiful, from the rising of the sun and moonlit nights. We had easy access to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This is my birthday week and all I can say is THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!

Our stay was awesome! We had the 1st floor. Balcony looked out over the ocean. Property was clean. Beach access was the best. The pool was perfect for my younger kiddos as it ranged from 3-5 ft deep! We got to watch dolphins from our room. Highly recommend staying at Emerald skye!

Great Place!

Great condo for my family of four. The condo and building are little older but were really clean. We loved the smaller building and the less crowded beach. The first floor view was great. You could observe the ocean while sitting in the recliner. It was neat watching people fish on the pier next door, but I believe it invited a few sharks in. We swam with several during our stay. Overall a great stay if you like a less busy condo. Thanks and we would definitely stay again.

Hidden Gem with a Million Dollar View

I've been coming to Emerald Skye for over a decade, however, it has been a couple years since my last visit, and, once again, it did not disappoint. This hidden gem will always be my OBA go to. Always! I love that its a small resort, I love that all of the units are ocean front, and beach front, and I love the location. This unit was spotless, which is huge for me, the bed was very comfortable, and being on the first floor was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Amazing Condo w/ spectacular view

First, the condo was cleaned to perfection ( and im a stickler for this 😆); it was also EXACTLY as described. We were so pleased! Large smart TV in living room and additional in bedroom. Leather furniture was super comfortable; my husband loved the recliner. Kitchen had ALL the essentials. We cooked breakfast only; other meals we ate locally. Bathroom was a good size, had lovely shower with great water pressure. The king size bed was awesome! I mean it was so comfy! There’s also bunk beds. Check in etc was a breeze. Hubbyband i have deemed this condo as our future go-to when visiting orange beach💜

Condo needs updating. Peeling paint on ceiling. Definitely not enough dishes or quality cookware. Toilet runs. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't work properly. Not enough towels. No pillow cases for extra pillows in closet. Bed was comfortable. Needs to update furniture on balcony. No storage locker for our condo (others had access to storage areas below for beach items) Did not receive keys for restroom by the pool or fitness room. Pool had bricks missing and a cone set out. AC loud when on. I had to turn it off if I wanted to go sit on balcony. I have been to other condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach with better amenities and quality for the same price.
