The condo is nicely updated. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a nice meal. Really enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach from the back gate of the condo. The weather was sometimes chilly, but we got in several nice walks on nice days. On colder days the hot tubs provided another option. Nice view from the 12th floor. Elevators were convenient. Parking was great. Lots of people which was a little more than we're used to but not bad people at all.
