I would stay here again. Alicia was great, answered questions promptly. The price was way under what we would have paid The HOA SUCKED. Charged 200 dollars a day for a 7 lb puppy. Yes that’s 1400 dollars for the stay. Paid 700 told them if they wanted additional 700 sue me. Our stay was outstanding! This condo is just precious and is exactly as listed. We had everything we needed. I loved the little coffee bar and the fact that I found an oscillating fan in the master bedroom closet. I can’t sleep without the white noise. The beds are very comfy, and I slept peacefully through the night. I would definitely rent this condo again. As an added bonus, Alicia, our host, was amazing and made sure to check in on us. ##### April B. The kitchen was fully equiped, we had lots of towels and blankets and she was very quick to resolve any issues. The living room remote was not functioning and the next day they brought in a new tv and remote. Could not ask for better. We will be back. ##### donald c. She surpassed our expectations and were truly a joy to work with. Everything we could’ve needed was taken care of and was very prompt in their replies. The condo location can’t be beat (this is our third time at Lana Kai). You’re a short walk from the beach, directly on the lagoon and right next to 6th street which allows you to beat the traffic of the main road. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach and has so many different kitchen appliances for you to choose from that makes cooking a breeze.
