This Blue Runner realty property is a beautiful waterfront home with heated pool and pier.

LOCATION:
An incredible waterfront property, that is also on a Direct Gulf Beach Access street. The beach access is a 2 min walk. The location cannot be stressed enough as beach access points are limited. Property is also close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion.

SIZE:
The house sleeps 14-16 with a spacious & open floor plan.

First Floor:

EXPERIENCE:

SUMMARY:
What makes this really amazing is that is it also on little lagoon, with fantastic water and sunset views, natural landscapes and a beautiful dock for guests that enjoying fishing, crabbing and kayaking. As you step outside onto the very large decks, you'll look directly down onto the pool and pool deck with tables and loungers. The pool has a raised platform where you can set your chair right in the water. WaterSide WEST is a spacious home adjacent to WaterSide EAST with the secluded pool and dock shared by Waterside East and West. The open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and family room for entertaining and easy views of the large screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, pots, coffee maker pot, a Keurig single , toaster, blender, and stainless refrigerator, flat top oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen also has 10 foot counter space with bar stools. The family area flows out onto a massive deck with outdoor dining, overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape. Enjoy!

Note on Pet policy: There is a $250 pet fee (per pet) for the stay. Maximum of 2 pets. The pet fee will be added to the invoice after booking. If any pets are not disclosed, there is a $500 non disclosure fee per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Pets must be friendly, house broken and not loud. Any damages by a pet must be disclosed prior to departure otherwise and a $300 administrative fee will be added to the repair costs. Please treat our home with respect so that we may continue to offer this for our guests and their 4 legged family members.

Note on Supplies: This is a beach rental. Our cleaning staff provides bed linens and bath towels (not beach towels). There are basic (starter level) things provided such as a kitchen trash bag, starter soap and toilet paper roll in each bathroom, one dishwasher detergent, one paper towel roll. You will need these items beyond a few day stay, so plan on bringing or purchasing these items (several stores nearby). If you plan on doing laundry, we have a full size washer and dryer, but you will need laundry detergent.

Relaxing stay!

Great stay with a two block walk to the ocean/beach! Clean home with everything you need provided. My favorite part was the beautiful sparkling clear heated pool! Beds were also very comfortable and all of us said we slept great.

Perfect NYE location

Family with multiple generations loved the house and heated pool. Also used the grill. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Very good place to stay

The house was big enough for all our family members, the pier was perfect for fishing and the pool was nice and warm. We had a very good time and had a great Thanksgiving week there.

Great family vacation house

My family and I spent our Christmas at this house and it was perfect for us! We were a mix of adults and children. It was lovely and very centrally located to the beach and all activities. We loved it!

Great vacation

The property was awesome. The location was perfect between the beach and the bay. There isn’t full over full bunks anymore and the sectional has been switched out for 2 sofas but we made it work. Definitely would stay again.

We loved it and it was perfect for us! We didn’t realize it was a duplex until we arrived but our neighbors were very kind and polite as well. The pool was small but worked well, and the location was perfect. Any issue we had was resolved quickly. We will stay again!!

I am a first time Vrbo renter and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lagoon was peaceful, pool perfect size and distance to the beach a short walk. I had my whole family on this vacation and it was beyond words! We had enough room indoors and out, loved that we could grill, loved the dining tables inside and out were large enough for us all to gather.

We were a little bit nervous about this property- the location, the shared pool, whether we would have enough bathroom and fridge space for our group and everything worked out just great! We love Gulf Shores and we would stay in this property/rent from this group again without hesitation.

Just okay

The inside of this property is beautiful. I had absolutely no issues there. The outside, though, leaves a lot to be desired. There are broken lounge chairs everywhere, which seem to be forgotten about. There are weeds completely overtaking the sand area. The pavers are cracked and broken. The pool area is beautiful, as well as the dock. All in all; it was a nice home, but for the price and from photos, I would have expected a little more maitenance.

Family vacation 2023

We had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores! The house is very nice and 11 of us stayed very comfortable. We loved the pool and used it everyday. The weather cooperated and we left 2 snow storms and -15 temps behind. I would recommend this property for sure! Just realize that this is the west unit and there is an east unit and you do share the pool and parking and dock.

The house was amazing and great location.

The how has access to Little lagoon in the back and about 2 blocks walk to the beach in front. The owners have a book with recommended sites and restaurants. We did several outings and beach days. Very laid-back town for a relaxing vacation. I recommend if you fish to pick up poles and a license on your first day. Fishing off the peer in back was fun for all. The little general store up the road has everything you need to fish. Enjoy.

Our group of 11, (11 years and up) enjoyed our stay on the West side of this property. It was a prime location to the beach, which I noticed not all properties in this area are privy to. House was well stocked. Pool area was clean. Dock area was beautiful! Check in and check out were super easy. Lots of memories made. Thanks!!

We had an outstanding vacation at this Beach House with a refreshing salt water pool. The Gulf was sparklingly clear and warm, and easily accessible to the home. The house slept 12 comfortably and had a huge open space for all 11 of us to gather in the LR and kitchen. The kitchen was very nicely furnished with plenty of room for 3 of us to prepare an occasional full meal. Our family of 11 enjoyed every aspect of the house. We are in our mid-70's, so it was great that we had a BR downstairs; the adult children and Grandblessings loved their privacy upstairs. It's important that I emphasize how kind and helpful the owners are. We had a special ne ed and they took care of it without charge. We eagerly look forward to returning! The Goforth Family

Fantastic Gulf Experience

The location of Waterside West was PERFECTLY nestled between the lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. Only one block from the beautiful beach and just steps from the lagoon. Within walking distance to the beach, to the market, or to a nearby restaurant for a quiet relaxing stay. Jellyfish getting in the way of your beach experience? No worries!!! This property has a gorgeous saline pool. We pretty much lived in it all week. The house was spacious, well-stocked, and everything else that it said it would be. We will be back next year. Thank you!

Great Location

House is on the little lagoon with your own dock to the water which was fabulous for my husband and the beach was down a small street and across the road with beach access right there. They provide tons of beach items/wagon to take to beach so you dont have to use your packing space for these items. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils etc. so no need for packing any of that either and it was a very short drive to shopping and restaurants. Would def stay here again in the future and the owners was super nice and helpful as well as the grounds keeper:)

Nice, spacious, conveniently located- needs a little TLC.

The property was spacious and conveniently located. A few issues we experienced were: Instead of repairing the leak under the garbage disposal before we arrived, we were told not to use the disposal upon arrival because there was a leak. No offer to repair it at all. There were loose boards(with nails sticking out) on the back deck that would spring up when you stepped, creating a safety hazard. The threshold from inside the property into the stairs to go out had a high lip that caused everyone to practically trip forward down the stairs- dangerous! My feeling is that, while this property was very nice, it could use a little TLC.

description is incorrect

This property has a nice pool. Other than that is is misrepresented. Owner is very difficult. The furniture is not what is pictured. It's all very cheap and broken down. Dishwasher sounded like a freight train. Railing on deck is broken in several places.no cushions on patio furniture. No fishing gear and no kayaks. Air broke down on us 5 times over 3 day period causing us to lose 3 days vacation. We had to be there for air people that came 5 times in 3 days.they had to access attic in bunk room to work on it and got insulation all over bedding and clothes. We spent 3 whole days dealing with this. Owner refused any type of refund. He did offer $100 for 13 people to go to seafood restaurant which would cost at least $500. I did not accept so he offered $1000 off of next year but raised his price for next year almost that much. Also why would I stay again with all the thing he misrepresented. We have stayed in property half the price that was much nicer.

Big house in amazing location!

The house was set up wonderfully! The dock is amazing and has much wildlife or great place to hangout. The pool and outside area was great to hangout with everyone and everyone had a place to relax. Room sizes were great and spacious. Large open concept living room and kitchen area. We host our reception here for 25 people and we had plenty of space to move around!
