This newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath with sectional sofa sleeps 6. Everything refurnished in 2023. Great beachfront condo with Wi-Fi internet and cable, wall mounted TV in both b/r's and l/r. Lots of amenities including 2 beach front pools new indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, laundry facility, basketkball court, tennis court, shuffle board, picnic area with grill, and Sassy Bass restaurant on site for drinks by the pool and eat in dining. 24 hr. Security Guard at gate. There is plenty of free parking at this facility.

    This complex has large amount of beachfront with plenty of room to spread out. Beach chair/umbrella rentals available on site. Located adjacent to Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Great for long weekend get a way or family vacation. Address is 400 Plantation Rd. Gulf Shores, Al 36542 Unit #4207 Bldg. 4 Plantation East the second floor next to the stairs and elevator.
