  • 6 guest maximum. This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor licensed in Alabama, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast of Orange Beach. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED. This 10th floor Gulf Front 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is located on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

    Take a dip in the sparkling pool on your way to a sugar white sand beach, which is just a short boardwalk away! Direct Gulf Views from the living area and the master bedroom! Hear the waves and sip on cool drink while enjoying the private balcony! The beautiful upgrades include a tiled master shower, plus a guest soaking bathtub with tiled surround, granite counters & tile floors through out, a large living room TV, stainless appliances including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside the condo! The master bedrooms is equipped with a King bed and privately adjoins the master bath with a tiled walk-in shower with a seat. The guest room offers a queen bed, plus a twin over twin bunk bed.

    As a guest you will have access to the beachside (seasonally heated) pool, Barbeque Grill area, and game room/fitness center. Guest under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at fitness center. ONLY ONE VEHICLE ALLOWED DURING March 1- August 15 & Labor Day Holiday. NO BOATS, NO TRAILERS, CAMPERS, DUALLIES OR OVERSIZE VEHICLES ALLOWED.
