    This vacation rental, located in Gulf Shores' Plantation Cottages, is just a short walk from the community's six outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, gym, and boardwalk to the beach. It is also within an easy drive of the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, Gulf State Park, and family-friendly attractions like the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. You'll also be connected by a locking door to the other side of the duplex (Plantation Place #H407A), which is available for rent as well.

Great location, worth the stay

Location was great for the beach 2 minute walk, pools across from the house and sand volleyball court, beachhouse was fun but needs a deep cleaning. We had to setup our own wifi with the provided router and buy extra toilet paper which was disappointing for the price we paid. We had to pay a high cleaning fee and service fee when we booked which was not initially reflected in the advertised price and no extra towels (they provided laundry soap for one load so bring extra soap) and 1 load of dishwasher detergent. Gulf shores Beach supply by Rouses supermarket was awesome and we went there a few times. There is a security gate for the property, so we felt very safe there...its part of a larger resort area which is nice. There was a grill downstairs outside which came in handy.

The place was nice. Only thing is it was too hot upstairs and had to sleep with a fan right in my face. Would recommend allowing guest to adjust the AC.
