The parking is tight if you want to park under the building. It is an older building and you can see its age. It worked well for our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The outside handle on the sliding glass door fell off and maintenance responded in a timely manner and he was very personable. We did not use laundry, it was conveniently located. It was a great first time beach experience for us and this place was affordable and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean.
