Morgan - Gulf Shores area. The house’s name “Tenn-a-Sea” is a new construction with 6 bedrooms/ 5 full baths located on your very own private beautiful white sand beach just steps from the deck. The front deck is 16 x 48 with the center deck being covered from the sun while the 2 other areas are great for sunbathing. We have 6 heavy Adirondack chairs and 2 chaise lounges for your comfort while sitting on the deck listening and watching the waves and dolphins or seeing the Blue Angels flying in front of the house. We have an outdoor dining table on the deck with seating up to 8 for your outdoor dining. There are 3 king size bedrooms and 1 queen size bedroom with a twin sleeper on the main level. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin sleeper chair and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has an open floor plan with 3 sofas with one having a queen sleeper. A large dining table seating up to 8 people and a bar seating for 7 bar stools. The large kitchen is well equipped with anything you would possibly need. It has stainless steel commercial appliances featuring large gas cooktop, electric double oven, microwave, large French door refrigerator, dishwasher and a beverage cooler for all your can drinks. We also have a commercial ice machine, so you’ll always have ice. Maytag Washer and Dryer also for your use. Rinnai Hot Water heater so you’ll never run out of hot water. The 2 front master bedrooms are Gulf front. Each bedroom has its own TV along with a large TV in the living area. This property also has a covered outdoor elevator. Large picnic table underneath with charcoal grill. You’ll also have a fully enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water underneath deck for washing off the sand. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The ice machine was one of our favorites with how hot it was all week. Having bathrooms in every room also made it very nice. The house sits right on the beach and we loved swinging on the swing and enjoy the nice breeze and sounds of the beach. The deck is perfect to sit and watch the dolphins. This beach house was absolutely beautiful! The location was great! Me and my two grown children, their spouses, my grandchildren and one great grandchild (11 of us) stayed here plenty of room! Love that every bedroom had their own bathroom! We only had one little problem and I contacted the host Linda and it was taken care of immediately with no inconvenience to us. Place is very well equipped with everything you need! Loved having the ice machine! We all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again! ##### Nancy S. It has everything to offer from A-Z. The inside is decorated perfectly and has all the kitchen utensils you need to make any meal. There is even a waffle iron which we used every day!! I loved having the extended walkway on the one side of the house that lead to the beach. It gave us a private area for our chairs and umbrella so that we were not bothered by others on the beach. This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this great rental. Elevator was a life saver for Grandma and Grandpa, and made getting groceries and luggage unloaded a breeze! Excellent communication between the owner, Linda! The new upstairs addition was done right - great use of all the added space (college-aged son appreciated having his own little get away)! Son in law fished almost every morning on the private beach just steps away from the home, and caught enough each day to keep him returning every morning! Commercial ice machine kept our beverages icy cold. You can’t go wrong renting this home! ##### Deb H. We have staying in many different beach houses over twenty years and this one topped them all. It was clean and set up for vacation purposes. The elevator and ice machine were fantastic. Super comfortable mattresses and an elevator (to bring suitcases, groceries & ice chests up and down). The elevator allowed us to load/unload our cars with ease (and out of the heat/rain). This beach house had everything we needed for 8 adults and 3 kids and the ice machine was GAME CHANGING. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook meals. The only thing I did not like about the house was there is no pantry space. Since the majority of the cabinets are full of cooking supplies (not a bad thing!) there was really no cabinet space to put pantry items. So basically all of our non-refrigerated items had to sit out on the counter (which took up a lot of space). Its not a deal breaker for us but it would be nice to have pantry space since we cooked all of our meals at the house. Overall, we had a great stay and this house was perfect for our family. ##### Hannah S.
