You can park on the 3rd floor directly in front of the door which made un loading and loading up the car a breeze. You can walk to a small grocery store across the street. There is an ice machine on the ground floor. There was a dried up contact lens on the night stand which is the reason for the 3 stars on cleanliness, otherwise it was fine. Spacious balcony. One of our guest did try and sleep on the pull out couch, but there were no extra sheets and blankets for it in any of the rooms. The place was plenty big for our group. The check in process was good after we figured out where to go on the second floor. It was nice coming when we did. Crowd was very low and it was super easy to get around They only thing we were a little Leary of was the tight Fit getting into parking garage which isn’t the owner’s fault. We made it though. Would be nice if people with bigger vehicles wouldn’t park on the ends so the turns would be a little easier. ##### LeAnne H. The parking deck was a major plus for us. We took our parents and they are both 80+ years old. The fact that they could both get out of our car and walk straight in to the condo was by far the best blessing of this trip. My dad has Parkinson’s plus dementia and cannot walk far and this condo was beyond ideal!! Plus, finding a condo with a walk-in shower (for my father) was a lot harder than I expected! This place was PERFECT! He was able to move around with his walker with complete ease and we were able to place his shower chair in the shower!! And.. despite the balcony being closed because of renovations, he was still able to sit in the room and have an excellent view of the beach!! I have stayed in many, many condos in this area since I was a small child and I must say, this one is by far my FAVORITE!! We will be back and I highly recommend this unit!! Clean.. Spacious.. and perfectly located to all the wonderful things this area had to offer!! ##### Keely K.
