And we booked this condo to do just that. It was awesome being ground level and steps from the beach. We lived sitting in the beach then coming back to sit and let my little one play on the grass area. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bigger tv in living area as we had a couple days we were inside due to weather, and tv is on the smaller size. But overall we loved our stay.
