Geauxing to the Beach and Bay - Snowbirds Discount

Welcome to Geauxing to the Beach and the Bay condo!
Unwind and wake up refreshed in our 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo that sits nestled between the beach and Little Lagoon. Enjoy the outdoor pool area that is steps from the condo, the fishing/boat dock on the Lagoon side, and private walkway access to the beach, which is only a very short walk across the street.

Condo features:

• Kitchen is fully equiped with appliances, small appliances, dishes and cookware everything you need to dine in or entertain!

Our condo sits on the quieter side of Gulf Shores known as West Beach. It is a short drive to some of the larger attractions like OWA and the Wharf, without the larger crowds when it's time to enjoy the beach.

Access to the beach is a short stroll across the street with a private walkway.

The brand new pier extends 250 feet into Little Lagoon, which is the largest of Alabama's coastal lakes. The lagoon is under 1 mile wide, and about 8 miles long. Tides flow from the Gulf of Mexico through Lagoon Pass, which means the water is brackish and inshore salt water species can be found throughout.

The pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, or enjoying the beautiful sunset. The water near the shore is sandy and shallow; our kids love spending time playing in the water without the additional risk of undertows or larger waves.

We have three kayaks available for our guests to use. Two of them are more of a traditional size, and one is designed for smaller kids. They are stored near the water for ease of use.

Great location between Lagoon (with community fishing pier) and close by Ocean access. Immaculate condo and property well maintained with new furnishings and appliances. Very pleased with this property and host was very responsive and accommodating.

Nice Condo

This was a very clean, updated, quiet property on West Beach, Gulf Shores. There were plenty of towels and blankets, plus the storage closet was stocked with beach chairs and toys. Everything was provided that was needed! My only advice is you better be able to climb stairs as there were two flights to get from car to bedroom.

Our horrible experience

To start, we were given the opportunity to check in two hours early. This was very helpful and appreciated. The great experience stopped there. All of the bedding had stains ranging from blood, hairs, and other unrecognizable liquid. The dresser was covered in old makeup and we were locked out of our rental for 2 hours because the code mysteriously stopped working after we complained. The cleaners did show up twice to our rental, which we had to wait for. Two of the 6 pillow covers were returned and we never received the comforter back. Our coffee pot was full of old grinds, the trash was still full, and there is definitely a nat problem. First and last trip. I would have expected that we would at least received our cleaning fee back. Sad.

Beautiful condo, nice property.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and would rent it again if available. The residents who live on the property were super nice and welcoming. Small complex so the pool was never crowded. Condo was clean, the owners did a great job with the remodel.
