Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Appliances were not good - coffee maker and toaster are the ones we used and were poor quality. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was never available and no return text from property manager about why and if anything could be done to assist us with it. Watch out for the increased price per night for this condo as it's listed as one price and when you go to book there are exorbitant fees added to the final price making it MUCH more expensive than expected. ##### Sarah S. I have stayed at East and West several times over the years. Love the location. We had a wonderful few days here with the exception of the giant cockroach that was in the kitchen.
