There was no key to lock the unit when we left the unit. I reached out to the company vacasa and told them the issue and asking where we could get a key but was asked has someone entered your unit to your knowledge and are any belongings missing and I said no we arrived a few hours ago. Which they responded a local representative will be in touch shortly. Of course no one reached out during our stay and still has not. I attempted to contact someone three more times with no success.
