#### Nice location but…

First night, people having party at large pool; drinking beer while in pool and pizzas being delivered by local vendor..no security in sight. We couldn’t take the kids (ages 5,11,12) to pool that night, much to their disappointment. Fridge took more than 18 hours to cool; mgmt blamed housekeeping for leaving doors open while cleaning. Don’t believe that was reason..it wasn’t clean. Floors were covered in sand upon arrival and had not been swept, vac’d or mopped. Pull out bed had dirty sheets….covered in food crumbs and food wrappers; water bottles under the couch. If you go on vacation to clean house, this is the place for u!

#### Great Place!

Very clean and beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo. The view is wonderful even from across the street! The kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware and utensils which is a huge plus for us that like to stay in and cook. Overall this condo exceeded our needs for the week!

This condo was amazing! Perfect location. Perfect amenities. Beautiful view! Newly renovated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again. Check in super easy and check out just as easy!!
