This project is estimated to last until the end of November 2026\. During this time, there will be LOUD grinding and dusty conditions as they prep for the main work. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. Our morning coffee on the balcony came with a beautiful view of the ocean with a pod of dolphins hanging out right off the beach almost every morning. Condo was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed and the things we wanted we conveniently picked up from the little store across the street. It fit 7 adult women comfortably and the three full bathrooms were spacious. If you’re doing a beach day, the chair service right outside the condo is so worth it. Beautiful place! Check in was easy! The inside and outside pool were not very big but perfect for the time of year we went (late October). May be crowded during peak season. Before going I read reviews about elevator being slow/closed. One of the elevators closed after our first day there so at times we did have lengthy waits. This didn't really bother us but again may be slightly annoying if very busy! Overall wonderful experience! Would stay here again! ##### Austin H. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms worked great for our family. We have two teens and a tween; everyone was able to shower and get ready for dinner after a day at the beach! The condo was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. There are also plenty of beach chairs in the unit so just bring your own umbrella and skip paying for beach service. The property management company was great and responded to my messages in less than an hour. The only downside is that the 15 story building only has two elevators. Check in and checkout times led to very congested elevator wait times. We will definitely be back! ##### Katie O.
