Reviewer Comments: The rental unit space is great and spacious. The kitchen, dining have everything we need. The three rooms are spacious. The only complaint I have is the temperature of one room( first room at the entrance ). It is very cold compared to the rest of the unit despite the attempt adjusting the thermostat. We love the balcony, overlooking the beach, it was beautiful watching the sunset and sunrise. The presence of authorities rounding the beaches felt very safe. Location is great. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time. Just one suggestion though, probably 2 set of keys will be very convenient. Curtains in bedroom in the back are nearly falling down 2\. Rug in the back bathroom is super dirty. 3\. Dirty floors...I mopped them twice and used 20 swifter wet pads and they were black. Property manager offered to have cleaning crew come back, I declined as we had already unpacked. 4\. Furniture in the living space is not what is pictured in the listing. In the listing the furniture is leather or similar, in the condo the furniture was fabric and was quite worn. Pros- great location, good amenities, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom.
