Beach cottage with pools and beach access. Sandy Feet Retreat

  • Sandy Feet Retreat is family-friendly located in Rookery III. This is a perfect location to unwind and relax with family and friends. This cozy and spacious home has a screened-in porch to view nature. 0.5 mile to beach access with beautiful white sands. The complex has 2 pools and a clubhouse. The kitchen is set up for your cooking needs or you can head out to a local bar/grill or restaurant. Close to golf courses, ferry to Dauphin Island. The home is also close to Fort Morgan for the history buff, Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, Dauphin Island ferry to Fort Gaines, bird sanctuary, and aquatic learning center for kids. Dolphin cruises from the Wharf,fishing charters,etc.We are dog friendly and so is the beach by us. Contact us for snowbird discount rates for November through February. We enjoy hosting snowbirds and offer pricing.2 parking spaces included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and leave them in the shower or the tub. For dishes,we ask that you load and run dishwasher minimally. Wash and dry beach towels and replace to shelf please.
Remove food and garbage and bring to dumpster around the corner please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

#1 check-in and relax and leave troubles behind.#1a have a great time on the island. The beach is very nice and must see.
Do not flush anything down toilets other than tp and the obvious. Leave towels piled in showers when leaving.
Clean spills immediately please,do not use bath towels to do so. Remove trash to the dumpster at the end of street. Wash dishes before leaving please.
