You must be 25 to rent this home located in the Fort Morgan area. Welcome to Sand Y Sol! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bath home is ideal for up to 10 guests and features over 2,400 square feet in its half of the duplex on Sandy Lane. The spacious living and dining areas, along with a fully equipped kitchen, feature a wall of windows that open up to a deck with stunning panoramic views of the Gulf—it's truly a sight to enjoy! Each of the four bedrooms has its own private full bath. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy guest bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs, there's another queen guest room, a fun bunk room with two twin bunks, and the main primary suite with a king bed and sliding glass doors leading out to a private deck overlooking the Gulf—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. You'll find a full-sized washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience. Outside, there's an outdoor shower at ground level by the stairs to the main deck, making rinsing off after the beach easy breezy. Additional perks include covered parking under the home, a charcoal grill, five TVs, Wi-Fi, surround sound system, DVD player in the living room with a collection of family DVDs, books, board games, an ironing board, and even a Pack ‘n Play for the little ones. The beach is just a short walk from your front door—grab your umbrella and chairs and enjoy the surf! Or, if you’d rather not carry your gear, convenient first-come, first-served parking is nearby the beach access. Plus, the community pool and hot tub are just two houses down—no busy streets to cross to get there, making it super easy to relax and enjoy your vacation! You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events. This home is dog-friendly, limit one small dog only, 35 lbs or less. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5\. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE. (There pics don't do it justice) The view was great and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the 9 people in our party (even more than we needed!). The pool was close by and they had plenty of floats and beach chairs for it use. The kitchen was well stocked plus they had an extra stand alone ice maker! There were plenty of board /card games and other such games so don't pack too much! We had a group of nine adults and the location of the house was about a block from the beach. It was very convenient. I like to be fair to the owner of the property and future renters. This beach house is located in a quiet part of Fort Morgan which is about a19 mile drive from Orange Beach. Orange Beach is basically the closest town where you can find all the restaurants and tourist places. The beach house itself needs a little TLC. The tables were sticky; chairs were worn; beds were hard; needA few new toilets and some caulking around the tub; the TVS didn’t keep a good connection so we just went without; it’s a great house but with a little updating, it would be much more comfortable. The pros was the kitchen was well stocked; towels were provided; two washers and dryers which was convenient for the number of guests we had; and the check in was extremely easy. We actually arrived early and they had no problems allowing us to check in early.... very accommodating. The house had a lot of room. We had a great time. ##### Mandy B. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the quiet community near the end of Fort Morgan, even during busy spring break time. The home was spotless and a perfect size for our large family, and had all the furnishings & amenities needed to have a great stay. Listening to the waves and watching the sunrise each morning from the deck was one of my favorites. Although the water was cool, we enjoyed our time at the beach each day, and a few visits to the pool as well. We saw dolphins daily! The short walk to the beach was made easier with the beach cart that was provided. We look forward to returning to this community. The house has a great lay-out with plenty of space in the living areas/bedrooms along with spacious bathrooms.The view of the ocean was breathtaking at sunset. We had a house full of boys who found plenty to do with the pools, short walk to the beach, and even a day spent walking to the Fort. Two problems, the store is 30 miles away, so make a list so you don't run short. 2nd my wife fell down the stairs at the bar tacky jacks. 3 weeks later no help from them. The house is decorated very beautifully! It is one of the cleanest houses I have ever been in. The house is not directly beach front but it does have a beautiful view and you can sit on the back porch and listen to the waves. The rental company staff was very nice as well.
