This house and location were perfect. The house is decorated beautifully and is well stocked with anything you may need. The weather wasn't great while we were there so we spent a lot of time indoors reading and playing games. The house was so comfy and "beachy" that we didn't feel cheated by the weather and took the opportunity to just relax. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it was not an issue whatsoever. It’s an easy walk to the beach. However, the property manager required an additional contract with terms that differed from VRBO’s (for example, a different cancellation policy), which felt unusual. The home was stocked with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and just enough dish soap for a single dishwasher cycle. While we understand that guests are responsible for excess supplies, for a three-night stay it’s inconvenient to purchase an entire package just to get one more dishwasher tab and two extra rolls of toilet paper.
